RMA Internship Program

Young minds are full of energy, enthusiasm and they bring in a lot of fresh and vibrant ideas into the system. RMA has been closely working with the government, industry and academia of Rajkot to facilitate in adopting best-practices and training, bridging gaps between various fraternities and building a right culture and robust ecosystem in the city. We believe enthusiastic and self-driven youth can contribute hand-in-hand with us as they better understand and connect with the challenges of their peers and tap into huge amount of disruption taking place across the world in management movement.RMA is one of the first association to provide such opportunity to undergraduate/post graduate students and work closely with the core team as an intern.

Who can apply?

anyone below 30 years of age is eligible for this program

We are looking for:

  • Enthusiastic and self-driven students
  • Personality traits of a contributor and a team player
  • Those who have curiosity and hunger to learn and implement new ideas
  • One who can take leadership and have good communication skills

WHAT WILL THEY DO?

 

1. Create content:

a. Create rich content in all formats: textual, video, audio and graphics.
b. Curate good textual document, collate and prepare ready to use material
for students, faculties, businesses, etc
c. Shoot videos to explain management practices, tools, software, etc
(imagine government is asking to switch to digital payments, and one of
our intern makes a video on how to create BHIM account, do KYC, link with
other payment gateways, in simple steps in vernacular Gujarati and Hindi,
that will be more beneficial)
d. They can conduct interviews, podcasts with experienced people in the
industry and academia

2. Engage members:

a. Design regular programs for members and student community,
b. Peer learning
c. They can have their own student council to arrange debates, talks on
movies, tedtalks, WEF, Niti Ayog etc

3. Document:

a. Make reports of our activities, document our events

4. Media presence:

a. Grow and maintain social media presence on facebook, youtube, linkedin,
Instagram and twitter
b. Prepare regular press-notes for print media
c. Create interviews for various new startup media houses, Radio and
television presence

5. Research (this is my favorite)

a. Research on upcoming trends
b. Research on the problems, pain points, gaps in various sectors,
stakeholders and domains
c. Create databases (imagine we have a database of all the resources of lab
equipments and resources with all universities and colleges and similarly
all resources with Rajkot industries, that can be helpful to map, track and
optimally utilize them when needed in times of change and bring new
manufacturing possibilities )
d. Study annual reports of Deloitte, World Economic Forum, Global
Innovation Index, Niti Ayog, Ernst & Young, INSEAD, the Millennial Impact
report, and many many more

6. Case-studies/surveys:

a. Deepak bhai has witnessed Diagnostic center through RMA in our Rajkot
industries, we can revive that
b. The topic says it all.
